    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Receptionist role will provide support for the Sunrun Headquarter office as part of the SW Facilities team. This position represents the face of the HQ office by greeting guests, vendors and directing deliveries. An essential function of this position is ensuring that the office environment is welcoming and running efficiently and effectively by taking the lead on mail processing and related front office activities. With the guidance of Human Resources and the hiring Manager the position assists with the on-boarding of new employees. This role will also support the facilities teams across the country with special projects and initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Receive and welcome guests
    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Assist with building security set-ups and employee badge access
    • Process and deliver mail, distribute packages
    • Organize and maintain reception area, printer/supply areas, and conference rooms
    • Submit building service requests and follow up with property management
    • Assist the Facilities Admin with special events at HQ-Denver
    • Support miscellaneous front office activities as needed
    • Provide Facilities ticket system backup support

    Qualifications

    REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS)

    • 1-2 Years Administrative experience or comparable experience
    • Strong verbal communication, writing, and math skills
    • Proficiency with G Suite applications (gmail, google drive, calendar, doc, sheets)
    • Professional presence, approachable and friendly, positive attitude, team oriented, attention to details, self-starter with good problem solving skills
    • This position will work approximately 16 hours per week; flexible schedule. 

     

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • Ability to perform normal office duties
    • Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work
    • Ability to interact and participate in meetings
    • Ability to lift 20-25 lbs
    • Ability to move within large office spaces
