We are looking for a motivated team-collaborator to support with business-critical operational tasks for the retail channel. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, the ability to effectively communicate complex processes, problem-solving skills and a positive attitude under pressure. The ideal employee is  highly-driven with the ability to quickly adapt to the needs of an expanding channel and one who is interested in growing with the organization.


    Day-to-day, this person will be responsible for facilitating our retail payment process, managing retail data integrity, maintaining customer lead information in both Sunrun’s CRM (Salesforce) and our retail partners’ CRM systems as well as manage partner compliance. Additionally, this person will support with running reports, and documentation submission for retailer payments through a variety of workflows in, DocuSign, Excel, and Google Suite. This person will also work cross-functionally with Field Execution (branch teams), Account Management, Customer Care, and Retail Sales leadership in order to comply with retail partner requirements. This role requires a person who is comfortable balancing immediate and long-term priorities, troubleshooting issues on the phone and via email, and is able to plan for and meet deadlines.


    • Closely manage the retail payment tasks and facilitate the payment process submission through Costco’s order management system.
    • Communicate directly with our retail representatives to resolve customer questions or to troubleshoot any unique projects.
    • Work cross-functionally to complete the retail fulfillment process from end-to-end; coordinate with Field Execution, Customer Care, Sales and Accounting to ensure process compliance, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and perfect execution of member benefits.
    • Create and maintain workflow reports to ensure the team is meeting SLAs.
    • Create and maintain process documentation and instructional guides.
    • Manage data integrity between Sunrun’s CRM and our retail partners’ CRM, validate accuracy of API performance and help drive process automation.
    • Provide superior customer service to our customers, retail partners, and internal partners (Branch Operations, Retail Account teams, Project Coordinators, Accounting etc.).
    • Support with special projects and process improvement initiatives for the Retail Operations Team and provide ad hoc support on other strategic retail initiatives.

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    • Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working experience with Excel, Salesforce, Google Suite
    • Salesforce knowledge
    • 1-2 years of operational experience
    • 4 year degree from an accredited institution
