  • Overview

     

    Sunrun is looking to hire a Strategic Account Program Manager to help us achieve ambitious growth objectives through our strategic partnerships. We are seeking a strategic thinker and cross-functional leader to own the measurement and optimization of various demand generation campaigns through insightful analysis, operational reporting and execution of cross-functional projects.

     

    You have experience successfully managing and optimizing multi-channel demand generation and marketing programs. You have sharp analytical abilities and understand how to use data not only to ask and answer the right questions, but also to craft programs driving systematic growth. You’re naturally collaborative and have an impressive track record of influencing cross-functionally.

    Responsibilities

    • Account and relationship management with key strategic partners
    • Set performance targets; create insightful marketing dashboards and pipeline reporting to ensure success of each marketing tactic
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion up and down funnel.
    • Work collaboratively with partners and core business leaders to launch new lead generation channels including Paid Search, Paid Media, Retail, Direct Mail, Social and Content Marketing.
    • Overall program management and cross-functional leadership to drive outcomes

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 6 years of program management/account management experience.
    • Marketing: Strong marketing background with experience optimizing digital and direct marketing campaigns.
    • Project management: Judgment to prioritize the highest impact initiatives and deliver scalable solutions that are highly impactful to the business.  
    • Process Management: Experience leading complex end to end processes with stakeholders across functional groups and several interdependencies
    • Analytical skills: Building robust models and analyze vast quantities of data to provide key insights; Excel capabilities required
    • Attention to detail: pays attention to the specifics, in terms of process, customer experience or detailed metrics to deliver on pricing outcomes
    • Communication: listens for meaning, translates concepts effectively and is articulate with both verbal and written communication; can command a room full of business leaders and drive outcomes
    • Adaptability: adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions; anticipates and copes effectively with the complexity of change
