    The team will ensure that projects are executed in alignment with the overall strategic plan, that budgetary commitments are met, and that results and outcomes are realized on time and appropriately reported on to senior leadership.  This position will also educate and collaborate with leaders and project managers within the organization on their implementation and ongoing improvement and adoption of project management methodology.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive company-wide prioritization and alignment to focus our scarce resources and talent on the most leveraged areas
    • Translate strategic priorities into tactical execution, and seeing initiatives through to impact. 
    • Drive executional excellence within every function and level of the organization
    • Optimize corporate portfolio and investments and establish clear outcomes and ownership
    • Take a critical look at processes to identify areas where we can drive operational efficiencies to support growth, increase margin and improve the customer experience.
    • Facilitate shared OKRs to create transparency and accountability
    • Implement and manage key strategic, cross-functional and transformational initiatives
    • Track the progress of projects ensuring adherence to timelines and outcomes
    • Define and maintain standards for program management within the organization and provide support/guidance to all teams in their respective project management efforts.
    • Coach and motivate other program managers
    • Support the CEO/COO/VP of Strategy and other senior executives with board presentations and other materials or analysis.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 10 years of a successful track record in operations and/or program management.
    • Four year college degree. MBA and/or PMP certification preferred.
    • Strategic acumen and operational chops to identify and plan for the capabilities and talent needed to support Sunrun’s aggressive growth plan.
    • Ability to work well in a flexible, "roll up your sleeves" and dynamic work environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
    • Demonstrated creative problem solving and strong analytical skills.
    • A successful track record of working with all functions and levels of an organization
    • Must be highly proficient with G-Suite, Word, Powerpoint, Excel and CRM systems.  
    • Ability to travel approx 30% or as business needs.
