This is a fantastic opportunity to join the legal team of a fast-paced public company in the rapidly growing renewables industry. In this role, you will have a broad range of responsibilities including serving as a key advisor to Sunrun’s Channel Partner, Business Development and Products teams, drafting and negotiating sales, construction, acquisition, strategic partnership and other commercial agreements, and counseling to support the development of new and innovative product offerings.
The position is based in Sunrun’s San Francisco headquarters in the heart of the Financial District and reports directly to Sunrun’s General Counsel.
Draft, negotiate, and provide legal counsel on a variety of commercial agreements (e.g., channel sales contracts, construction agreements, retail agreements), and other contracts to support Sunrun’s business activities.
Provide practical, business-oriented and actionable advice to the Products team in terms non-lawyers can understand from initial product development through launch and implementation.
