    We are actively hiring world-class talent in our Revenue and Sales Operations department which works cross-functionally to optimize business and system process to drive revenue across all Sales channels. You’ll be part of a team that supports reporting, process improvement, technology configuration, project management, & data management to enable exceptional performance in Sunrun’s sales channels.     • Develop and maintain sales reporting and distill analytical insights
    • Facilitate strategy discussions and policy decisions
    • Partner with software engineering to optimize cross functional workflows and features that support growth
    • Lead change management and communication throughout the sales organization
    • Execute targeted action plans to achieve specific business outcomes
    • Develop deep domain expertise and credibility with business partners and stakeholders
    • Support data management within Sunrun’s CRM
    • Assess project opportunity sizes and communicate project impact and prioritization
    • Regularly communicate with sales leaders and proactively understand and support their organizations



    • 4-year bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field (engineering, business, science)
    • Six-sigma, Lean, or similar process training; or equivalent experience a plus
    • Expertise in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) required
    • Expertise in Excel strongly preferred
    • Experience in building Salesforce reports & dashboards; experience in Google Studio, Looker, Anaplan or BI platforms a plus
    • Experience with analytics languages like SQL a plus
    • Experience in sales, sales management, sales ops, & solar a plus
    • Excellent cross functional communication and influence skills
    • Enthusiastic to be a part of Sunrun’s journey - taking solar mainstream
