  • Overview

    The Training Team is the “tip of the spear” at Sunrun. From sales to installation training, we are responsible for delivering eLearning, webinars, and in-person training to our Direct employees and Partner organizations across the US. In a team of over 40, we’re looking for a self-starting and motivated rockstar to help support our team.

     

    The Training Team is currently underway with some exciting development efforts and transitions such as replacing our Learning Management System (LMS). As a Training Support member, you will assist with this transition by validating reports and data sets, scrubbing "dirty data", as well as providing general administrative support. By attending weekly meetings, working with Training Team members, and Vendors, you will learn the data structure and processes necessary to support these developments and transitions. (Contract engagement of 4 months with possible extension).



    Responsibilities

    • Support daily Training operations with heavy data entry.
    • Prepare data for export and import of large csv files within various applications and tools.
    • Conduct data matching, vlookups, and other excel functions to ensure accurate record keeping.
    • Proactively identify dirty data, and consult with Training team members to identify cleanup resolution.
    • Perform data cleanups in csv files and the LMS as needed.
    • Proactively identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry and record keeping.
    • Work collaboratively and cohesively with other Training Support members.
    • Willingness to work on adhoc assignments and projects.

    Qualifications

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (ability to perform various sort/filters as well as low-level functions such as matches, vlookups, pivot tables, and graphs/charts)
    • Experience using Google Suite (mail, drive, docs, sheets, forms, etc.)
    • Ability to manage time, multitask, and work independently
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Enthusiastic attention to detail
