The Monitoring Analyst position is part of the Customer Care Department. This position is responsible for helping to monitor our fleet by analyzing data from both the solar system and smart‐meter communication. This is an essential role and will help ensure projects perform correctly and customer satisfaction remains high. Our team as well as the size of our customer base, is quickly evolving, sothis is a great opportunity to help influence the future of monitoring for the entire residential solar industry!
