    Position Summary

    The Monitoring Analyst position is part of the Customer Care Department. This position is responsible for helping to monitor our fleet by analyzing data from both the solar system and smart‐meter communication. This is an essential role and will help ensure projects perform correctly and customer satisfaction remains high. Our team as well as the size of our customer base, is quickly evolving, sothis is a great opportunity to help influence the future of monitoring for the entire residential solar industry!



    • Manage daily alert workflow; this includes use of and Excel
    • Investigate and resolve data integrity issues
    • Collaborate with other internal teams (i.e. Customer Care, Field Service) to resolve complex service issues
    • Ensure positive customer experience through the service lifecycle
    • Develop and document processes through a focus on continuous improvement
    • Develop technical areas of specialization (i.e. system performance, monitoring, reporting, field procedures, etc.)



    • Bachelor’s degree (preference for technical area of study)
    • 1‐3 years of work experience
    • Critical thinking and quantitative skills; comfortable analyzing data
    • Extreme attention to process and detail


    • Experience with customer relationship management software (CRM, i.e.
    • Experience with Excel
    • Project management experience
    • Professional experience in the solar industry (design, installation, or service)
