    Come join our expanding Retail Team as Retail Fulfillment Coordinator! This position is part of the Retail Operations and Fulfillment Team and is responsible for facilitating the payment process, which is a critical part of retail operations. This role demands a team collaborator with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively communicate complex processes, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude under pressure. The ideal employee is a highly-driven, detail-oriented person who is able to adapt to new business requirements and ensure timely compliance with retail payment processes. Day-to-day, this person will be responsible for processing retail payments, running reports, and documentation submission for retailer payments through a variety of workflows in Salesforce.com, DocuSign, Excel, and Google. This person will also work cross-functionally with Field Execution (branch teams), Accounting, Customer Care, and Retail Sales leadership in order to comply with retail partner requirements. This requires a person who is comfortable balancing immediate and long-term priorities, troubleshooting issues on the phone and via email, and is able to plan for and meet deadlines.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL​ ​DUTIES​ ​AND​ ​RESPONSIBILITIES

    ● Closely manage the Retail Payment tasks and facilitate the payment process submission through Costco’s Order Management System

    ● Complete the payment process in a retailer-compliant, efficient manner; fully understand complex fulfillment processes and work with a large group to execute them

    ● Communicate directly with representatives at Costco to resolve questions regarding member benefits

    ● Provide internal customer support to collaborative teams (branch, project coordinators)

    ● Communicate directly with customers to resolve their benefit fulfillment inquiries

    ● Troubleshoot customer escalations with Customer Care and the Retail Program Manager; drive swift resolution to drive a positive customer experience

    ● Work cross-functionally to complete retail fulfillment process from end-to-end; coordinate with Field Execution, Customer Care, and Sales organizations to ensure process compliance, data quality, reporting accuracy, and perfect completion of customer benefits

    Order materials necessary for processing payment and mail them to local branches in a timely manner

    ● Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, timely manner

    ● Provide ad-hoc support of other strategic retail initiatives

    Qualifications

    REQUIREMENTS​ ​(EDUCATION,​ ​EXPERIENCE,​ ​CERTIFICATIONS,​ ​AND​ ​OTHER​ ​SKILLS)

    ● Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through

    ● Ability to effectively prioritize, multitask and switch from one task to another with ease

    ● Superior customer service skills

    ● Self-starter with a can-do attitude; ability to work in a fast-pace environment with minimal guidance

    ● Able to manage multiple high-priority projects at a time

    ● Expert problem solving and good analytical skills

    ● Exceptional attention to detail (managing to 100% accuracy is a key aspect of the role)

    ● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    ● Flexible and willing to adapt to new challenges and processes

    ● Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working Experience with Excel, Salesforce, Google tools

    ● Salesforce knowledge a plus

    ● 1-2 years of operational experience (preferred)

    ● 4 year degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
