    Contract Sales Recruiter – Remote

    Bringing in great talent is crucial to the growth of Sunrun.  We are looking for a results driven remote Contract Sales Recruiter to join Sunrun’s Talent Acquisition team. This is a high volume, high touch role where you will own the delivery of over-achieving sales pros into the business, with a focus on pulling talent out from within the retail, residential and business-to-consumer space.

    • 5+ years of experience hiring top caliber direct sales talent at volume while working in a deadline-driven and fast paced environment, preferably in solar 
    • Proven core recruiting skills, including the ability to recognize successful profiles and assess candidates using the most appropriate measures
    • Highly organized and experienced at managing a high volume requisition load effectively
    • Creative, results-driven and business savvy with a strong customer service orientation
    • Adjust quickly in a dynamic environment and have passion for the company and your craft
    • Understand business strategy / priorities and be able to build and grow talent networks
    • Utilize search engine tools and Boolean search operators/strings, targeted company cold-calling, social media recruiting platforms, and cutting-edge sourcing techniques to identify sales talent
