Field Sales Trainer
Sunrun is looking for a seasoned professional that has a full understanding of the training field through professional experience. The Field Sales Trainer can take a defined project and see it to completion and likes to think of creative solutions to multi-variable issues. Being a career-focused individual, this person is driven, motivated and has a “do whatever it takes” attitude. This person is innately curious and hangs their hat on thinking of a solution and executing on that solution, caring about the details along the way. The Field Sales Trainer is an effective communicator to those partaking in training events and people involved in other training projects.
The Field Sales Trainer will work directly with each of the regional Sales and Retail teams on projects to provide training and to ensure the implementation of the defined best practices. This will be accomplished through scheduled “in-market” training session, hands-on lab training, and on-the-job training.
The Field Sales Trainer will work with Sales Managers to review team performance metrics to focus attention on improving areas of low performance. The trainer will be a “Go To” sales resource for best practices and guidance on residential solar sales and lead gen.
The Field Sales Trainer must be a team player and have strong leadership skills. A desire to learn and teach along with a passion for solar is a must.
