Solar is an emerging marketplace and solar-as-a-service can be a complex system. By joining our dynamic cross-functional experience team at Sunrun, you will be helping us not only solve a meaty problem but also be part of a larger movement.
As a visual experience designer, you will help create a mental model of how solar works, both for internal stakeholder and external customers. You have strong visual communications skills, as well as systems approach to design. You’ll be working across various touchpoints: From prospect to sign-off to onboarding experience; from installation to production to consumption across a 20 year solar contract. This is a unique role, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams like operations, sales, software, customer care and marketing to drive a compelling experience across multiple platforms. You will help us lay the foundation for visual narrative at Sunrun influencing our service, organization and systems.
